Wiles Media Ltd provides website design, domain management and website care plan services for businesses across the UK.

By engaging our services, whether through a signed proposal, verbal agreement or payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your business, your customers and what you want your website to achieve before any work begins.

We will agree the scope of work with you before starting. This includes the pages, functionality and deliverables included in your project.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope, such as additional pages, new features or significant changes to direction, may require a separate quotation and will not be undertaken without your approval.

To build your website, we will need your input. This typically includes:

• Business information, background and contact details
• Logos, branding and colour references
• Images and photography
• Written content for pages
• Timely feedback and sign-off at agreed stages

We will always do our best to keep your project on track, but delays in providing the above may affect delivery timescales. We'll keep you informed at every stage.

Payment terms will be agreed with you before work begins and confirmed in writing as part of your project proposal.

We reserve the right to pause work or delay a website launch where invoices remain outstanding and unpaid.

All work completed by Wiles Media remains our intellectual property until payment has been received in full. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to you as outlined in Section 5.

Once your project is complete and paid for in full, ownership of your website and its content transfers to you.

We may feature completed projects within our portfolio, website and marketing materials as examples of our work. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let us know and we will respect that request.

Where requested, Wiles Media can register and manage domain names on your behalf, ensuring your online address is properly set up and renewed.

Annual domain renewal fees remain the responsibility of the client. We will notify you ahead of any renewal due date, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure payment is made if you wish to retain the domain.

Failure to renew a domain may result in permanent loss of that domain name. Wiles Media cannot be held responsible for loss of a domain arising from non-payment of renewal fees.

Our Website Care Plan is designed to give you peace of mind after your website launches. We look after the technical side so you can focus on running your business.

Depending on the package selected, your care plan may include:

• Website hosting
• Security updates and monitoring
• Regular backups
• Minor content and update requests
• Domain management assistance
• Direct access to our team for support

Full details of what is included in your chosen package will be provided separately at the time of agreement.

You may cancel your Website Care Plan at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.

Following cancellation, hosting, support and website management services will cease at the end of the notice period unless alternative arrangements are agreed between both parties.

We will always aim to make the transition as smooth as possible and can advise on alternative hosting or handover arrangements on request.

We take our work seriously and always aim to deliver reliable, high-quality services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, hosting services or third-party platforms, as these can be affected by factors beyond our control.

Wiles Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data or any circumstances arising outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

We handle all personal information responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required to deliver the agreed services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
